Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty

Digital Praise is pleased to offer all of our customers a Lifetime Replacement Warranty on all of our Dance Praise dance pads. We will replace Dance Praise dance pads for free for the lifetime of the game. Shipping and handling costs may apply, see below for details.

Does My Dance Pad Meet Usage Limitation?

The Limited Lifetime Warranty on Dance Praise dance pads exists to help our customers protect their investment. While dance pad game controllers are consumable toys, we have put great effort into producing a quality product for your enjoyment. The real challenge is in determining what is "Normal Wear And Tear" once the pad has just "Stopped Working". We are happy to replace any pad for just the cost of shipping and handling as long as (1.) you have registered your product, (2.) your warranty claim is not the result of anything listed in the "Excluded Damages" paragraph below, and (3.) you submit your warranty request via email through Technical Support. You are a valued Digital Praise customer and we hope to have you back playing Dance Praise just as soon as possible!

Excluded Damages: Damage not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty: Damage that is the result of misuse, alteration or repair, willful damage, accident, physical damage, abnormal working conditions, flood, fire, negligence or abusive treatment and is limited only to a Digital Praise manufactured dance pad. Also, we cannot cover cracks or tears to either the top or bottom of the pad as the result of improper storage, folding or handling. And USB cords that have become detached, pulled out or broken by being stepped on or dragged/carried by the USB cord.

A.   First 30 Days of Ownership (Standard/Deluxe/Super Deluxe)

No Cost - Free Shipping & Handling

If you have a damaged Digital Praise dance pad(s), or one that doesn't work properly, meets the usage requirements, and has been purchased in the last 30 days, you may be eligible for a free replacement. If your dance pad(s) doesn't work properly, you should first test the dance pad(s). The different procedures for testing a dance pad can be found on our web site.

The next step is to fill out and send (via email) the Technical Support form found on our web site at http://digitalpraise.crmdesk.com/. Select the Ask a Question option.

Include testing results and other pertinent information as to the problem with the dance pad(s). A copy of your receipt/valid proof of payment will be needed for all items not purchased from our on-line store. You can either scanner or take a digital picture of your receipt and provide a PDF or image file to us.

By submitting this form, you agree to return the damaged/defective dance pad back to us using the UPS label attached to the packing list of your replacement pad. Given the high cost of shipping, we are now randomly sending out Return UPS Labels. If you do not receive a Return UPS Label attached to the Packing List of your replacement pad, you will not be required to send back your defective dance pad.

B.   After First 30 Days of Ownership

You may be eligible for a replacement pad for just the costs of shipping and handling, listed below:

Standard Pad - $15 per pad + shipping

Deluxe and Super Deluxe Pads - $25 per pad + shipping

If you do not receive a Return UPS Label attached to the Packing List of your replacement pad, you will be exempt from returning your defective dance pad.

Dance Pad Lifetime Warranty Replacement Form

Your replacement will be shipped to you once your replacement form has been received and processed. You will receive your replacement pad, Packing List, Return Shipping Instructions and Return UPS shipping label. Most replacements are processed and shipped within 5 to 10 business days.

Once you receive your shipment, follow the Return Shipping Instructions. Place your defective pad in the shipping box, cover the existing UPS label with the supplied Return UPS shipping label and call the provided 800 number to request a UPS Pickup or drop it off at a UPS Store near you. Remember, you can discard your defective pad if you do not receive a Return UPS Label with instructions.

NOTE: For Deluxe and Super Deluxe foam pads, only return the zippered "skin"; retain the foam inserts.

The Digital Praise Warranty and Exchange policy is honored to the original owner of the dance pad and is not transferable. These policies are in effect to protect you, our customer.
